is a respectable association of health and safety educators founded in 1996 Florida as a partnership of safety and health instructors that provides certification in First Aid, BLS, ATLS, ACLS, PALS and other basic topics for laypersons and professionals. Certification by the ASHI is generally accepted as valid.

Sharing in community training and education by providing the best available training programs for both health care providers and lay resecue.
Besides providing training courses (BLS, ACLS, PALS and Basic and Advanced First Aid) according to the ASHI training programs providing the health care providers by internationally recognized certificates and cards issued from ASHI.
The ELSTC is an ITC and can establish an ASHI training sites inside the university campus and had the capability to train ASHI licensed instructors from the medical staff candidates whom well teach ASHI courses in the training sites under the umbrella of ELSTC.
